Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Embryologists to join our team. As a Senior Embryologist, you will be responsible for overseeing and conducting various procedures related to assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the successful fertilization, development, and implantation of embryos, ultimately contributing to the fulfillment of our patients' dreams of parenthood.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee procedures related to in vitro fertilization (IVF), including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, insemination, and embryo culture.
- Monitor embryo development and assess embryo quality using established grading systems.
- Perform embryo transfer procedures with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and patient information in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the fertility team, including reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and laboratory staff, to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on advancements in embryology techniques and contribute to the implementation of new protocols and technologies within the laboratory.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior embryologists and laboratory technicians.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity to perform delicate laboratory tasks with precision.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data related to embryo development and quality.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and provide clear explanations to patients regarding laboratory procedures and treatment protocols.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to adhering to strict quality control standards and regulatory requirements governing ART laboratories.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in embryology, reproductive biology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) preferred.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience working as an embryologist in an ART laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing IVF laboratory procedures and proficiency in embryo assessment techniques.
- Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes in a clinical laboratory setting.
Language skills preferred : Telugu, Hindi & English
